Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Originals, Prints, and Merchandise: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

2. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Digital Downloads

  • Commissions

  • Custom Orders or Custom Sizes

  • Paint Party Deposits or Event Payments

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at pbsartstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Information

1. Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on package size, value, and destination.

2. Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items (prints, merchandise, originals) typically ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom orders and commissions have varying turnaround times, which are discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or email us at pbsartstudio@gmail.com.

4. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance processes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

6. Shipping Insurance

Orders are not insured by default. If you wish to purchase insurance, contact us before completing your order.

7. Shipping Errors or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at pbsartstudio@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos if applicable.

1. Overview

By purchasing from PB’s Art Studio, Inc., you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all products and services sold via our website or our Etsy shop, including originals, prints, digital downloads, commissions, merchandise, classes, and paint parties.

2. Copyright and Usage

All artwork is created by Patti Ballard and is protected by U.S. copyright law. Purchasing any product or service does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, alter, or resell any artwork

  • Use artwork in AI image generators or training models

  • Use artwork for commercial purposes without a separate license

All purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Originals, Prints, and Merchandise: Full payment required at checkout.

  • Digital Downloads: Full payment required before access.

  • Custom Commissions: 30% non-refundable deposit due upon confirmation. Final payment due upon completion before delivery.

  • Paint Parties and Classes: $12 deposit per participant required at booking. Final payment due 3 days before the event. All deposits and event payments are non-refundable.

  • Custom Sizes or Special Orders: Full payment required. Final sale.

Payments are processed via Square, Squarespace, and Etsy depending on the point of sale.
